How This Works with the AI Workflow Framework

Your Markdown files — workflow.yaml manifests, SKILL.md files, SOPs, and process guides in your AI workspace — are the source of truth. This Notion registry is an optional, one-way mirror that gives you visual database views: workflows grouped by process, status dashboards, and clickable relations between workflows and the skills and agents they use. After your first mirror, the framework keeps these databases current automatically as you build.

The Four Databases

One database per core concept. Click each in the sidebar (or below) to open it.

Workflows — Your operational dashboard: each workflow's status, trigger, execution mode, autonomy level, and a link to its SOP
Processes — Repeatable business processes that group your workflows
Skills — Reusable skill files, with descriptions, GitHub links, and workflow relations
Agents — Configured AI agents, with descriptions, GitHub links, and workflow relations

Want to track more — prompts, context files, MCP servers, business context? Add your own databases anytime; the framework only ever writes to these four.
